Zapraszamy wszystkich na pierwszą edycję Defendu HELL DAY - extremalnego biegu stworzonego z myślą o prawdziwych maniakach mocnych wrażeń i osobach chcących sprawdzić się w najtrudniejszych sytuacjach. Zadania zostały dobrane w taki sposób aby sprawdzić fizyczną i psychiczną wytrzymałość uczestników, dlatego oprócz zadań terenowych trzeba się wykazać m.in.:
- umiejętnościami pracy nożem, - obsługą broni palnej długiej i krótkiej - oraz znajomością technik survivalowych.
