1. Tracheotomie wykonuje się w salach operacyjnych
2. Na ogół robi to laryngolog
3. W żadnym zestawie ratowniczym/karetkowym nie ma zestawu do tracheotomii
4. Ratownik nie wykonuje tracheotomii
5. Pewnie chodziło o zestaw do konikopunkcjii/tomii. I tutaj pytanie, czy to przeinaczenie redaktora i ratownik chciał napisać coś "łatwiej przyswajalnego" dla niemedycznych.

Najpewniej w cytowanym materiale chodzi o zestaw nazywany przez intensywistów QuickTrach, który służy do przezskórnej tracheotomii (nie konikotomii). Nie widziałem go w użyciu ale pacjenci po QuickTach'u mają rurki usadowione w dokładnie tym samym miejscu jak ci, którym wykonałem tracheo klasycznie. Niekoniecznie w sali operacyjnej.
Nie wiem czy QuickTrach są na wyposażeniu zespołów paramedycznych. Myślę że paramedyk wojskowy może czymś takim dysponować. Bez wnikania w to czy ma prawo i dysponować powinien. Moim zdaniem podniosłeś @Prozac larum trochę na wyrost. Pozdrawiam.
nie ma zestwow do tracheotomii. sa quicktrachy. do konikotomii. jest tez butla z tlenem, ambu, wklucie doszpikowe, leki z listy z ustawu, cisnieniomierz, mata ewakuacyjna, hydrozele, pulsoksymetr, szyny, ssak i jeszcze pare rzeczy. wiele robi sie pod publike w armii ale akurat w tym przypadku to prawda. co do umiejetnosci to 50% wojskowych ratownikow ma problemy ze zrobieniem wklucia. i to nie jest ich wina tylko dowodcow jezeli wogole ich maja (kto jest w temacie wie jacy z lekarzy zolnierze ) :/ co do cywilnych ratownikow robia wiele rzeczy ktorych nie powinni. pozdro dla zalóg P
